2.Every bid is final and irrevocable.

4.Payment in full is required on day of sale or at pick up before removing your items.
5.All items must be picked up on the day after the sale unless prior arrangements have been made.
6.Any item left over 20 days will be sold at the auctioneers' convenience.
7.Auctioneer has the right to accept bids in the increments he chooses. He may also have the right to pass on any bid he feels is not in the best interest of his client.

1.Wie will ship small items from this auction. Large items you will need to make those arrangements.
2.Pick up dates for all online auctions is the day afterward between 10am - 5pm CST.
3.Pick up Dates For live auctions you can remove your items from the auction house the night of the sale and the day after from Noon - 2:30pm CST.

This is the first auction of the year. (a partial catalog. we will be adding until auction time.) It includes a huge amount of deals. Antique furniture, modern furniture, collectables, aphagans, glassware, televisions, college/dorm refrigerators, tools, box lots and whole table sales, this has a lot of items to look through.
Please take and look and register to bid at www.yesteryearauctionservices.hibid.com. It will be fun and exciting. It is online only and preview will be Sunday January 12th from noon to 5pm. Auction begins at 7am Sunday Morning and will run through Jan 21st at 7pm. Pick up will be on the 22nd and 23th from noon to 7pm.
