Harmeyer Auction & Appraisal Co., LLC. has the right to terminate the auction at any time; withdrawal from sale of any item; to sell at this auction items not listed; to group one of more lots into one or more selling lots or to subdivide into two lots or more selling lots. The auction company also reserves the right to sell all of the items listed in bulk. Listing Information
George & Helen Callaway were residents of New Castle for many years, George served in WWII, worked in New Castle all his life & was active in Fraternal Organizations in the community and Helen was the organist at the Wesleyan Methodist Church. We are selling the CONTENTS ONLY of their lovely home located at 2141 NW Raintree Drive, New Castle 47362, in an Online Auction. Bidding opens January 4, 2020 at 8:00 a.m. There will be an open house on January 9th from 4 - 6:00 p.m. for you to see the items in person. Bidding will start closing at 6:30 p.m. on January 14th and you WILL pick your items up on January 16th from 12 - 6:00 p.m. (unless we are shipping items to you - see Auction Details). You must bring your own manpower to move furniture. Please note some items are in the basement and have to be carried up steps....these are marked in descriptions. George & Helen Callaway were residents of New Castle for many years, George served in WWII, worked in New Castle all his life & was active in Fraternal Organizations in the community and Helen was the organist at the Wesleyan Methodist Church. We are selling the CONTENTS ONLY of their lovely home located at 2141 NW Raintree Drive, New Castle 47362, in an Online Auction. Bidding opens January 4, 2020 at 8:00 a.m. There will be an open house on January 9th from 4 - 6:00 p.m. for you to see the items in person. Bidding will start closing at 6:30 p.m. on January 14th and you WILL pick your items up on January 16th from 12 - 6:00 p.m. (unless we are shipping items to you - see Auction Details). George & Helen Callaway were residents of New Castle for many years, George served in WWII, worked in New Castle all his life & was active in Fraternal Organizations in the community and Helen was the organist at the Wesleyan Methodist Church. We are selling the CONTENTS ONLY of their lovely home located at 2141 NW Raintree Drive, New Castle 47362, in an Online Auction. Bidding opens January 4, 2020 at 8:00 a.m. There will be an open house on January 9th from 4 - 6:00 p.m. for you to see the items in person.
