1997 Honda Civic LX, 94,000 miles.  Sold with Reserve.

Visually it's a very nice and solid looking car. Was well maintained and running fine when the owner moved into assisted living. Since then, it seems to have developed a fluctuation in the speed of idle. I let it run in park and could hear the idle move and up and down. The owner's son said this phenomena was not present before being parked over the winter. Otherwise, the only other defect that he is aware of is that the right front tire should probably be replaced.
