White's Farm 11AM Miscellaneous Auction COVID 19 restart policy White's Auctions 11AM miscellaneous sale has remained closed during the coronavirus pandemic. The extended closure is due to the live auction method being one that makes it difficult to accommodate social distancing guidelines. While our staff and management are still taking the threat of this virus seriously we also understand that our auction service is an important part of the market and there is significant demand from both buyers and sellers to resume our auction services. White's Farm is excited to announce we are taking steps to resume our 11AM miscellaneous auction under the following conditions. Every Sunday preceding the Wednesday auction an assessment of the County Metrics for Franklin County produced by the indiana department of heath will be done : Red - NO AUCTION Orage - NO AUCTION Yellow - AUCTION OPEN Blue - AUCTION OPEN Our facebook page will be updated every sunday with the COVID-19 "heat map" generated by the Indiana State Department of Health. You can also find the map by going to coronavirus.in.gov and selecting the "County Metrics" tab above the map. All auctions to be held outdoors, no indoor auctions will be conducted until further notice. Information for sellers: Consignments will require reservations, we will be limiting the number of items taken for the auction in order to spread out as much as possible. Call 765-647-1922 option 2. To reserve your auction space. No consignments will be accepted the day of auction. Information for buyers: We will be operating under a strict face covering requirement for auction attendees. Per order from Indiana Governor Eric Halcomb face coverings are required in any outdoor area where social distancing can not be maintained, due to the nature of a live auction this applies to our facility. All buyers and spectators at the auction will be required to wear a face covering over both the mouth and nostrils. NO BID will be accepted from a bidder without proper face covering and any attendee without face covering will be asked to wear a mask or be dismissed from the auction. Auctioneers and staff will also be required to wear face coverings. Office facilities will remain closed - cashiers will be available in mobile auction trailer.
