Winning bidder agrees to all terms and conditions set by Red Dot. ONCE THE AUCTION HAS ENDED THE WINNER WILL BE CONTACTED BY RED DOT AND PAYMENT MAY BE TAKEN BY CREDIT CARD. Storage Auctions Invoice must be paid for unit(s) before payment is accepted by Red Dot. If you would like to meet with the facility supervisor, please call (815)-255-8814 to schedule an appointment. It is the responsibility of the winning bidder to contact Red Dot within 48 HOURS to pay amount owed. Winning bidder has 72 hours from time of payment to clear the unit. If no contact is made, winning bidder forfeits the unit and becomes the property of Red Dot. In addition, the winner will be reported to Storage Auctions. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ASSESSED. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to limited dumpster space ALL PROPERTY IN UNIT MUST BE TAKEN. GATE CODES ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE GIVEN TO THIRD PARTIES TO CONDUCT BUSINESS.
