Having said that, we ask that you understand if our staff calls and ask for information or details about you or the payment transaction, this is simply a precaution to protect us from fraud. Chargebacks to credit cards cost us every season. Sometimes these charges are legitimate because of a mistake or error on our end or yours. Unfortunately, more often than not, these chargebacks are the result of a stolen card or a fraudulent buyer. We ask that you please understand our position. We simply cannot ship items to out of state bidders without assurance that the payment is secure and in our account. In some cases, especially where the items purchased are higher value lots, we may ask for a USPS Money Order or a wire transfer payment. We will look at your bidding history with us and on Hi-Bid and make these decisions based on that information.
