Vera Surfaces Product Warehouse 6037 Boat Rock Boulevard, SW Atlanta, GA 30336 SELLING ONLINE ONLY BID DEADLINE (Starts To Close): Wednesday, January 22nd @ 10 AM ASSET DESCRIPTION: Vera Surfaces, a provider of natural stone tile for kitchens, bathrooms, floors and other indoor & outdoor projects, has closed their business. A variety of inventory remains and must be liquidated to complete the closure. Tile will be sold by the pallet only. Over $300,000 worth of tile with retail values $3,500 - $4,500 per pallet! Don’t miss the opportunity to buy at greatly reduced prices! Be sure to download the Vera Surfaces Auction Lot Identification document for greater detail of the individual lots. Many lots contain multiple pallets of product. This document explains it in greater detail than we are able to in our online catalog. This docuent must be downloaded from computer, not your phone. ONLINE BIDDING REGISTRATION: Online bidding to begin on January 10, 2020. INSPECTION: Tuesday, January 21st from 10 AM – 1 PM It is STRONGLY advised to inspect the items, in person, during the inspection period in order to validate the descriptions and/or photographs in the catalog. Assets are located in a warehouse off of Fulton Industrial Boulevard. Prospective bidders will be able to inspect the assets on Tuesday, January 21st from 10 AM – 1 PM. Major credit cards are accepted but will include a 3% convenience fee at checkout. Immediately following the auction, Auctioneer will email each winning bidder an invoice. Payment will be accepted at above address from 9 AM to 3 PM on January 24th. Payment must be received no later than 3 PM on January 24th. Please Note New Time for Removal REMOVAL: Friday, January 24, 2020 from 8 AM – 3 PM Once full payment has been received, removal can begin. Successful bidders are responsible for the removal of all purchased items. All pallets will be loaded onto your suitable vehicle/trailer. Failure to adhere to the posted times for removal, will incur additional expense. ADDITIONAL TIME – There are no other options for removal time. If you cannot meet the requirements, please do not bid. Regardless of when you pick up your item(s), payment in full must be received by the times posted.
