Items are sold AS-IS, where is with no warranty expressed or implied by the auction company. We do our best to describe each item accurately but it is up to the bidder to do a visual inspection and satisfy themselves on as to value, condition and size. Images are approximate, they provided are (obviously) a mixture of stock images provided by the manufacturer and images taken by the auction company. All furniture should be removed by 5:30 pm on Tuesday. **NOTICE: We do not ship items in the furniture auction. Items are open for inspection through the week. We do our best to give accurate descriptions, however you should preview the items to see that they meet your satisfaction. PICKUP TERMS: Items picked up in the box are subject to the same terms and conditions as items on the floor. We do not guarantee items to be in boxes. Visual inspection should be done before you leave the premises. It is the buyers responsibility to be sure that all of the correct items are loaded and they are in acceptable condition before leaving the premises. Please bring help to assist in the loading process. The auction company can not be responsible for items after they leave the facility. Items left over 5 days are considered abandoned and can be resold in a following auction. An online bid is a legally binding contract to purchase, if you do not agree with the terms of the auction DO NOT BID. This is a simulcast auction with live and online bidders using software provided by a third party. If a floor bid comes in at the maximum bid of an online bid, the floor bid will stand as it comes in first. The auction company, consignors nor the hosting company will be responsible for any discrepency in bidding, missed bids, internet outages or disputes of price. All bids are logged into our computer software at the fall of the hammer in the live auction. All auctions are considered to be with reserve unless they are advertised as absolute. The auction cpmany reserves the right to bid on behalf of those reserves. At the conclusion of the auction you will recieve an email with an invoice of items won after the auction is conluded and a full accounting is done. The auction company reserves the right to fix any typographical errors. All questions regarding merchandise should be asked before the auction begins.

To bid in this auction you should do the following before the auction closes on Monday. 1.) Register to bid. At the top of your screen you will see a button labeled "Login/New Bidder". You will need to click this and fill out the basic information to create your new account or login to your existing account. If you have bid with us in the past and have forgotten your Username or Password, you can reset them from there. There is no charge to register and bid, you only pay if you win an item. The credit card on file will be validated by our software company. This means our credit card company will put a "hold" on your credit card for $1 and then reverse that charge within 24 hours. This ensures the card is valid and that you are bidding against only other valid bidders. 2.) Preview the entire catalog early and often. New items are added to the catalog as they come in and can sometimes fall on different pages depending on where they are placed in the cataloging process. 3.) Pick the items you would like to bid on and PRE-BID with realistic numbers. We can not stress this enough. Items can be lost in the final seconds due to last second bids, Internet outages, power or site failures. The computer will bid on your behalf up to your maximum amount if some else places a bid. EXAMPLE A.) You place a bid of $100 for an item. Someone else bids $50 and nobody else bids, you win your item for $55. EXAMPLE B.) You place a bid of $100 for an item. Someone else bids $100 and nobody else bids, you will still win your item at $100 because it is the first bid. EXAMPLE C.) You place a bid of $100 for an item. Someone else bids $110 in the final seconds. Bidding extends 2 minutes and you will only have 2 minutes total to bid again. 4.) PLEASE READ the terms and conditions.
