Acceptance of Terms: Buyers registering for and using Hessney bid cards or placing bids online agree to the following Terms of Sale, which you agree to when you check the box when you register and place your first bid.
Visa, Master Card, Discover. There is a 13% Buyers Premium on all purchases.
** If you are tax exempt you MUST notify us prior to the close of the auction, along with a copy of the form, if not you will be charged tax. We cannot remove tax once the card has been processed. ***
** SHIPPING : ANY Shipping provided by Hessney Auction will be shipped in USPS FLAT RATE BOXES ONLY. If it does NOT fit in a USPS priority Small envelope, Small, Medium or Large Flat rate box, or other USPS Provided boxes we will NOT ship in house.
** Large items, fragile or large lots of glassware will be taken to UPS Store for shipping at your expense. If you have any question on items to be shipped please call our office at 315-789-9349.
**** We will NOT ship furniture or large items. Items of a fragile nature will be brought to the UPS Store for shipment at the buyers expense.
* Shipping quotes cannot be provided, once packed we can tell you the cost and it will be mailed. All shipping is at buyers expense with insurance and $5-10.00 Handling fee.

CHECK OUT: Invoices will be emailed to all winning bidders after the entire auction has closed. We will run the credit card you registered with.
