T & C: Terms and Conditions Terms and Conditions: *Payment must be made before any items are removed. * If item remains unpaid for 5 days or if the item is not picked up 5 days from the auction end date, said item/s will be resold and no refund will be returned to the buyer unless prior arrangements have been made in writing. *Seller(s) have right to reject final bid on their items; Sellers have the right to bid on their own Items; Auction company has the right to bid on behalf of the seller(s) or Buyer(s). * Approved Payment: USD, Check (in USD), and Credit Card (4% Charge) (in USD) *Payment must be received before item can be removed. *All items sell AS IS WITH NO GUARANTEES. *All sales are final. *All photos are the property of Gathman Auction Company. Using our photos for any reason without our written permission is a copyright infringement. *Shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility. *Shipping: Shipping cost will start at $10 for any item that is more than 14 inches or does not fit in a standard priotity mail box. Shipping cost will increase by item(s) size and weight. *Shipping for firearms will start at $50 per firearm due to strict postal requirements and regulation. There is a $25 transfer fee per firearm on all firearms. *Firearms will be sold on three conditions: 1. If shipping, Firearms will be shipped to your choice of FFL Dealer at the buyer's expense. 2. If picking up locally, buyer will come to "Discount Sales" (13158 State Route 78, Havana, IL) and fill out 4473 Form with our FFL dealer. The buyer will then wait 72-hours for pick-up with our FFL dealer. Pick-up for firearms will be at the same location (Discount Sales). 3. IL residents must show valid FOID card. CHECKOUT: MONDAY, DECEMBER 23RD FROM 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm CDT at DISCOUNT SALES (13158 State Route 78, Havana, IL 62644). All items must be paid for and picked up by DEC. 23RD at 5:00 pm. We are happy to ship items at the buyer's expense. Shipping arrangements also need to be made by DEC. 23RD at 5:00 pm. All winning bidders (firearms, ammunition, and other items) must show up for checkout on Monday, December 23rd between 12:00 pm and 5:30 pm at Discount Sales (13158 State Route 78, Havana, IL), unless shipping is required. At that time, buyers of firearms and/or ammunition must provide payment, present their valid FOID card and complete the appropriate firearm transfer paperwork. Pick-up for firearms will be Thursday, December 26th at the same location (Discount Sales). Checks may be made payable to "Discount Sales" for the total of $25/firearm for firearm transfer fees. *All Illinois residents who purchase firearms and/or ammunition must have a valid Illinois FOID card and present the FOID card to Gathman Auction Company's FFL dealer prior to taking possession of the firearm(s) and/or ammunition.
