REGISTRATION AND IDENTIFICATION: To participate in this auction, you must be verified through our registration and identification process. At the time of registration, we do collect information about you to verify your identity and payment confirmation prior to bidding. We do collect your credit card information to ensure you are a qualified buyer. All buyers must be of legal age to bid. There is NO charge to register for an auction. However, Auction Flex will charge your credit card up to $1 the first time you register, and it will be refunded. Your credit card will NOT be charged any further charges unless you have a winning bid(s) and do not pay within the pickup period. Details in payment section. A registration and bid by any person shall be conclusive proof that the person has made themselves acquainted with all conditions of this sale and has agreed to be bound by them. BIDDING: Online viewing and bidding opens Tuesday December 10 Soft Close Bidding will begin at 7:30 PM on Wednesday December 18 and finishes when the last lot is sold. ***Soft Close*** Items close at regular intervals. A soft close prevents individuals from entering a bid at the very last second prior to an auction closing to prevent others from bidding higher. Any bid made in the last 2 minutes of an auction will automatically extend the close time of that item by additional time. This will continue until all bidding has stopped. All times will be decided, in advance of the auction bidding, by the auctioneer. This is set to ensure all bidding parties have a fair chance to bid on any given item. Bidders acknowledge and understands that the online service may or may not function correctly. Under NO circumstances shall a bidder have any kind of claim against One More Bid Auctions. Please keep in mind that connection to the internet is not 100% perfect all the time. One More Bid Auctions will NOT be responsible for any technical difficulties or errors that may occur in the online bidding process. INVOICE: You will receive an unpaid invoice, by e-mail, after the sale closes or a paid receipt depending on how you let us know you're paying. REMOVAL: Thursday December 19 (11:00am to 5:30pm) or Friday December 20 (10:00am to 2:00pm) All items must be removed from our facility at 40 Bell Farm Road Unit 5, Barrie Ontario. L4M 5L3 during the pick-up hours. Items not picked up will be considered abandoned, resulting in winning bid amounts, Buyers Premium, HST and a minimum of $5 per lot disposal fee (pallet lots are charged $150 disposal fee), and all taxes will be charged to the credit card you used to register for HiBid. If you foresee any issues for the day of pickup, please contact us immediately via a reply to the e-mail we sent with your invoice to find a quick solution. Removal shall be at the expense, liability and risk of the buyer. No claims will be allowed after goods are removed from the premises. Reminder: Our staff does not assist in the removal or loading of items We will only move items to our reception door or loading dock. You must have your own labor and carts to load your vehicle. Please being any boxes or packaging materials that you may require to transport any loose, glass or breakable items. SHIPPING: If you require shipping, please reply immediately to the e-mail with your invoice. We offer parcel shipping at standard rates. We will charge your credit card the full shipping charges. We DO NOT get quotes and only ship 1 time per week. Non-Delivery Responsibilities: One More Bid Auctions shall not, in any event, be liable for non-delivery or for any other matter or thing, to any buyer of any lot other than the sum paid on said lot, should the buyer be entitled to it. We suggest you pay for insurance and package tracking to insure and monitor your package. We will NOT include insurance or tracking unless you request it in advance. We will do our best to include all items in one shipment, if possible. We always aim to ship in the most economical and safe way. CONDITIONS OF ITEMS SOLD AND OUR ONLINE CATALOGUE: Please note that all items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, NO WARRANTY, NO GUARANTEES AND WITH ALL FAULTS. Items could be missing parts, damaged, not the item in the box or nothing wrong at all. If we visually see something is wrong with the item, such as obvious damage, we do not put those for sale in an individual lot for sale however we do put those items in the final pallet lots for sale. We cannot inspect the items and have not inspected the items. All items are sold "AS IS" and are final sales. No refunds. There are no bid reversals. The Seller and Auctioneer (One More Bid Auctions) assumes no responsibility for errors and omissions to the auction. We reserve the right to remove and/or add items to the sale at any point during the auction. We make the best effort to represent all items accurately in descriptions and photographs. We do not authenticate signatures or authenticity of any products. As stated in our terms and conditions, all items are "AS-IS" and we encourage asking questions or viewing, however, if there are issues, we will usually take it back and credit the full amount. We will NOT refund any items that have "AS-IS" or "Used" in the title or description. These items are NOT returnable. Should anything be wrong with any items not declared AS-IS or Used then you must contact us within 7 days of the auction closing to return the goods and get our approval for credit. We do not test or inspect all items prior to listing them in an auction. However, we do our best to only sell items you will be happy with but definitely things can and will, on occassion, get past us.
