Selling online three collector vehicles including a 1963 Buick Special, 1964 Ford Falcon convertible and 1968 Chevrolet Chevelle and the famous “Worden’s Auto Sales” neon sign for the Don Worden Estate.

VEHICLES 

For the past 63 years, Don has been a fixture in the local used car business. After graduating from New Albany High School he worked side by side with his dad Homer who began the business in 1929. In the mid-70s they moved to their Vincennes Street location. The following vehicles have been stored in his dealership warehouse. Vehicles are in as-found condition and have been partially restored.

NEON SIGN Famous “Worden’s Auto Sales” 6’ x 9’ porcelain neon sign with a pole made by Neon-Lite Co. Selling as is. Purchaser is responsible for disassembling sign and pole.

VEHICLE PAYMENT TERMS Cash, check or wire transfer due by the close of business the day following the auction. Possession and title held for 10 days with payment by check for bank clearance. Possession and title held for wire confirmation. 

VEHICLE SALES TAX No sales tax will be collected by the Harritt Group. Each buyer will be responsible for paying sales tax in the state the vehicle will be titled in.
