Auctioneers Note: Valley Green is a 18 hole public golf course that sits on 260 beautiful acres in Hempfield Township. It was opened in 1965 and was purchased by Greg Liprando in 1975. Linda Liprando Rusnock and her husband David have run the course since 2006 and have now decided to retire.
