PURCHASER OR AUTHORIZED THIRD PARTY TO RELOCATE-CHECK IN WITH AUCTION TEAM UPON ARRIVAL with a paid invoice- Purchasers may remove by trailer, tow truck. Keys can be completed on site and the vehicle driven off the lot within a 30 minute period of time.

CATALYTIC CONVERTER DISCLOSURE: Due to the nature of the origin of these vehicles, Dickensheet & Associates, Inc. does not make any guarantee that any of these vehicles still have their catalytic converter. There will be no refunds or any kind of discount given if the vehicle is missing its catalytic converter.

Dickensheet & Associates, Inc. reserve the right to accept or reject any registration. Only complete and accurate registration will be approved. PO Box’s will automatically be rejected.

An invoice will be forwarded to the registration email address following the conclusion of the auction.

CARD PAYMENTS
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover will be accepted as a form of payment for purchases under $1,000.00 with a 4% convenience fee.
No automatic payments are processed. To use a credit card, buyer must contact auctioneer to authorize charge.

WIRE TRANSFERS
All wire transfers must be received by the auctioneers no later than the stated time outlined above. Be aware wire transfers can take 24 hours to process and is buyer’s responsibility to ensure payment is received on time.

PAPERWORK FOR VEHICLE
All paperwork shall be filled out in registered bidders name and address unless a change is requested. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure all paperwork is accurate.

PLEASE NOTE: PURCHASER HAS 30 DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF TITLE PAPERWORK TO REGISTER VEHICLE WITH THE APPROPRIATE MOTOR VEHICLE DEPARTMENT, AFTER THAT TIME PERIOD, THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THAT ANY CORRECTIONS/CHANGES CAN BE MADE, OR THE SELLER/AUCTIONEER WILL BE ABLE TO ASSIST WITH ANY ISSUES REGARDING TRANSFER OF TITLE.
