BUYERS PREMIUM: A 15% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. PAYMENT: Cash, check or credit card at the time of load out. If you choose to pay with a credit card a 4% administration fee will be added. Any invoice that is $1000 or more must be paid by wire transfer or with cashiers check. We will send buyer wiring instructions. TITLES: A $20.00 Title fee will be charged to the buyer for any titled item. Titles will be mailed to buyer via certified mail within 14 business days of items being paid for and picked up. NO EXCEPTIONS. STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing on Wednesday, March 19th at 7:00 pm CDT at a rate of 5 lots per minute. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 1 minute whenever a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes of any lot. SHIPPING & HANDLING: There is shipping available ONLY on the Willow Tree Figurines. LOAD OUT: Winning Bidders must pick their items up during the specified load out times. Load Out will be held on Saturday, March 22nd from 11:00 - 2:00 PM CDT ONLY... NO EXCEPTIONS! Any items left after the specified load out time will be considered forfeited and your credit card will be charged for your purchases on behalf of our seller. We will not be offering any additional load out dates or times. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle & disconnect any and all equipment. Please bring your own packing materials, labor, tools & moving equipment. CAUTION: For demonstration purposes various equipment may be joined. Do not assume a lot consists of more than one item simply because they are connected or pictured together. Please inspect the lot numbers and read the descriptions. CATALOG DISCREPANCIES: You are bidding on the described item not the photograph, occasionally the wrong photo may be displayed, always read the item description. Brad & Kim Sander have ran Sander Furniture in Norton, KS for many years. They have decided to retire and they closed the doors on February 21st and have asked us to sell the rest of their inventory. There is a wide variety of items left from not only furniture, but also appliances, bedding, lamps, home decor, rugs and even Willow Tree collectibles. Due to the amount of inventory left we are splitting it all into 2 auctions. This first auction will consist of all the home decor, wall hangings, and many Willow Tree collectible figurines. The second auction will be Thursday, March 20th and will consist of all the bedding, rugs, appliances, furniture and lamps. Brad & Kim are hosting an open house on Saturday, March 8th to preview all the items on both auctions.
