Credit cards are not accepted forms of payment on titled items or any invoice totaling over $2,000.00. 10% buyers' premium is charged and will be added to the final bid amount after sales tax, but will not exceed $1000 per item. All items must be removed by specified removal date, unless otherwise noted or special provisions have been made. Restocking fees equal to the purchase price are applied for items left behind by the buyer or not picked up within the stated time. Absentee bids, proxy bids, and online bids are legal and binding. Bidding will close out 5 items per minute starting at 7:00pm CST. Bidding is extended 5 minutes if a bid is placed on an item in the last remaining minutes.
