All assets are being sold in "As-Is, Where-Is" condition and with all faults. Neither the Seller nor Auctioneer makes any warranty, express or implied, as to the nature, quality, value or condition of any asset. Auctioneer and Seller expressly disclaim any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular use. Should damage occur during shipping you will need to contact the shipper to make a claim. If you are unable to pick up your items during removal times and by the removal deadline, and do not make arrangements for shipping, a storage fee of $10 per day will be charged starting with the day after the removal deadline.
