Payments for purchases will be made to JON WITVOET AUCTIONEER. The buyer is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password, and thebuyer is fully and solely responsible for all activites that occur under your username, password, or on your account. The buyer must ensure that you properly log-out and exit from your account at the end of each session. Purcharser will be responsible to pay the full cost of removal or disposal of abondoned items. If you canoot pick up your purchases by the date and time frame set, you will be charged an additional $10.00 to cover cost of personnel to meet you at a differnt date and time, up to 3 days of pick up date. You can place your highest bid and the system will start with the lowest increment and automatically bid for you in the increments until you run out of money, then you must bid again. It will be up to you to follow the bidding. A 10% buyer's premium will be charged all buyers on the online auction to defray thecost of making these items available to you to bid from your own home and on your time frame. plus 5% Buyers Premuim on credit cards. If we have habitual problems with any buyer, they will be barred from future auctions.
