To all our dearest customers, friends and family, as most of you know, Jane's brother Carlo, was diagnosed with cancer August of last year. Due to unavailability of treatment in the Philippines, for Rhabdomyosarcoma, we had to seek his treatment in Singapore. He is currently in ICU, in Mt Elizabeth Hospital, being treated for bilateral pneumonia and covid. This is a slow recovery process for him as he is immunocompromised from the chemo treatments he had received (he has had 3 cycles of the planned 6) for the rhabdomyosarcoma. The medical bills have increasingly been so overwhelming, and we are trying to find ways to generate funds to help pay for his mounting hospital bills so he can continue to receive life saving treatments, therapies and medications. Insurance coverage is non existent in the Philippines or in Singapore. This health crisis has placed an immense financial burden on him and our family. We have organized an online auction as a fundraising event. Most of the items in this auction are well chosen, highly collectible and some generously donated coming from personal collections. While these items are very special, unique collectibles from travel and mementos, letting it go for a greater cause such as this, is reason enough to include it in the auction.
