Sold AS-IS WHERE-IS. No warranties of any kind. 10% buyers premium added to bid price. Payment will be collected in full day of sale closing. The card that was used for registering for the auction will be charged upon the sales conclusion up to $1000.00 (unless other arrangements are made.) Anything over $1000.00 to be paid by good local check or cash. Items are subject to AUTO-EXTEND bidding. If a bid is placed in the last 5 minutes, the auction will be extended automatically for 5 minutes. Example: If an item receives a bid at 5:59PM, the bidding will automatically extend to 6:04PM until all bidding is exhausted on the item. This makes it fair to all bidders. If you don't understand the terms, please call and we can explain them to you. If you don't agree with the terms of this auction, or don't trust the system, then don't bid! The personal property begins ending at 6:00PM day of sale. No refunds, no exceptions. Look before you bid.
