PAYMENTS: Winning bidders will be invoiced after the auction closes, the winning bidder's card on file with HiBid will be charged the winning bid price and the buyer's premium at the close of the auction. Please make sure the funds are available, and card limit is available for your bid totals. If you need the option of a wire transfer notify us immediately and instructions will be sent to your email on file, there is a $20 fee for all wire transfers. Due to MO Dept. of AG rules EVERY Animal that sells will have to come to NEMO Fairgrounds for our licensed vet to inspect. All lots will be available for pick up in Kirksville, MO after 1pm February 1st. ALL CONSIGNMENTS MUST BE PICKED UP AT THE NEMO FAIRGROUNDS IN KIRKSVILLE, MO. YOU MUST PICK UP ON FEBRUARY 1st from 1PM-7PM or a $10 fee per day per Animal will be applied. It is Bidders responsibility to know your state and local laws regarding ownership of each animal. If you require health certificates for your state you must notify us at close of auction and one will be provide at additional cost. By registering for this auction and participating in any auction you are agreeing to be legally bound by our terms and conditions and bid card terms & conditions. Continued use of this site constitutes your agreement with all conditions and details of this auction. There will be no chargebacks or disputes of your winning bid purchases.
