Title: Titles, if any, will be signed and notarized at the time of pickup. Please have identification available for the notary. It is the Buyer's responsibility to be aware of their local motor vehicle regulations pertaining to titles and registrations prior to the purchase of a motor vehicle. The buyer is also advised to take notice of title information noted on each motor vehicle, in the catalog, and as announced by the auctioneer on sale day. " For items marked "No Title", a title will not be provided. The listing for that item will be marked "No Title" and will be sold with a Bill of Sale only. Shipping Instructions: Buyers are responsible for all loading, hauling, and shipping of purchases. (NO EXCEPTIONS) The auction company does not arrange shipping. Lot Removal: Unless prior arrangements are made, lots purchased must be removed within 5 business days of the conclusion of the auction. If they are not removed within 5 banking days of the sale date, buyers will be subject to late storage fees and/or relocation charges at their expense. Any lot purchased and not picked up within 30 days will be resold, and no refund will be returned to the buyer. Pick-up is by appointment only. A 24-hour notice is required prior to pick-up. Pick-up cannot be assumed if the 24-hour notice is not given. The locations where the items are held may have load-out fees applicable to the equipment. Choice of Law: The above Terms and Conditions are governed by North Carolina law and state law in NC Arbitration. All actions will be settled by Arbitration.
