3.If you win the bid you have bought the lot. The winning bidder is responsible for payment & to pickup all items purchased on Tuesday Nov 19th Noon - 6:00 pm at 20 Pheasant Run, Brevard, NC 28712. We do not ship large items or furniture, these items will be marked with NO SHIPPING. If you can not pick up the item on Nov 19th you will need to make arrangements with us prior to the close of the auction.
4. PAYMENT: There is no Internet or Cell Reception at the home in Sherwood Forest Subdivision in Brevard NC. We will charge your Credit Card On file on Monday afternoon 11/18 if you do not contact us to let us know you would like to pay cash or check.
