Any and all measurements are approximate and are for use as a general guide to size. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED OR REFUNDS GRANTED and ITEMS ARE PURCHASED "AS-IS." The auctioneer reserves the right to accept and/or reject any and all bids. The final call of the auctioneer or fall of the hammer of a lot to the highest bidder formally indicates the change of title and possession passes to that high bidder, regardless of the bidding method used, including in-house, online, or via an absentee bid. Immediately upon this transfer, the high bidder assumes all responsibility and/or risk of the lot(s) purchased, including but not limited to loss, theft, damage, etc. Wind-up toys, battery-operated and some electrical items have not been tested and are being sold with NO return and ITEMS ARE PURCHASED "AS-IS."
