We have been pulling items from areas that haven’t been accessed in a year or more! Our team is opening pallets from several different shows. All lots open at $10 and will sell to the highest bidders!
This location, formerly home to Studio Service Group, is approx. 200,000sf of props, including furniture, décor, household goods, electronics, art and designer items, lighting, restaurant equipment and furnishings, industrial and more, both new and used. You will find the odd and unusual, the wild and the routine.

TERMS: All items must be paid in full with a cashier’s check, cash, check with bank letter of guarantee or wire transfer. Major credit cards are accepted on any invoices under $2500; all invoices over that amount must be paid by wire transfer or cash. Invoices over 10k must be accompanied by Form 8300.
Immediately following the auction, Auctioneer will email each winning bidder an invoice. Payment by card, for invoices totaling less than $2500, can be made using the link on the invoice. We can also accept payment at the auction site Friday, Jan 17^th from 9am – 4pm and Sat., Jan 18^th from 10 til 3.  Payment must be received no later than 3 PM on Wednesday, Dec 18^th. Cash payment must be in exact change- we do not carry cash onsite to make change.

You will receive an email from shipping saint to schedule a time.
We are not offering shipping, in house, for this auction but will work with your third party shipper.

Once full payment has been received, removal can begin. Winning Bidders will receive a second email after the invoice. This email will be from ShippingSaint and there you can schedule a pick up time. Most items will not be available for shipping by us, but we will work with your shipper or can provide names of movers. Winning bidders are responsible for the removal of all purchased items. Please do not assume there will be boxes, hand trucks or assistance with packing or loading. Failure to adhere to the posted times for removal will incur additional expense.

ADDITIONAL REMOVAL TIME for this auction:  Any pickups that are delayed beyond Friday, due to any extenuating circumstances, will incur additional fees. That cost will start at $25 per day, per pallet rack bay section of space required to house items awaiting pickup. Please note: Items left over 30 days will be considered abandoned and will be resold – buyer will receive any balance due over storage fees and commission. Items on unpaid invoices by Friday after the auction will be considered in default.

LEGAL CONTRACT – Your participation in our auction is your acknowledgement and acceptance of the terms and conditions presented here. Your failure to adhere to any of these terms and conditions may constitute a breach of contract and may cause irreparable harm to BidSells and/or our client. In this event, we and/or our client(s) may attempt to recover any financial or other damages by pursuing any action afforded by law.

SALES TAX: Applicable sales tax( 8%) will be added to all assets UNLESS proper tax-exempt forms are brought with you to the auction, NO EXCEPTIONS.

BUYER’S PREMIUM: There is a 15% Buyer’s Premium for this auction. Example: For a high bid of $1,000, a 15% buyer’s premium of $150 will be added making the purchase price $1,150.
