If you do not pick up your merchandise at the allotted times, or notify the company prior to the end of pickup, your items will be forfeited. If bidder breaches or defaults any portion of the Terms and Conditions of auction, bidder agrees to pay any and all expenses incurred by Gold Star Auctions,LLC. Including, but not limited to, attorney fees, commision loss, advertising loss, etc. There is a 15% buyers premium attached to this auction. Payment is through credit card at conclusion of auction.
