If you do not pick up your merchandise at the allotted times, or notify the company prior to the end of pickup, your items will be forfeited. If bidder breaches or defaults any portion of the Terms and Conditions of auction, bidder agrees to pay any and all expenses incurred by Gold Star Auctions,LLC. This is an online only auction to liquidate an estate in St. Charles, MO. Pickup at residence. There is a wide variety of items, including jewelry, tools, housewares and vintage collectibles. All items are AS-IS. This is an online only auction ending Wednesday April 9, 2025 with a soft close beginning at 7pm CT. PICKUP to be ONE DAY ONLY on Thursday April 10, 2025 from 11am to 5pm at the house. Winning bidders will have full address on thier invoice. Shipping available on some items.
