All Purchased Items MUST be Removed within 5 Business Days of the Auction - Contact us Prior to Sale Day for Special Removal Arrangements
All Sales are Final, Highest Bidder is Responsible for Purchasing the Item they Bid on
Winning Bidders/Buyer's will be held responsible to pay for ANY & ALL collection efforts on behalf of Watts Auction, Realty, and Appraisals, Inc. - This includes but is not limited to attorney fees, filing fees, or collection fees that may be incurred by Watts in efforts to collect from unpaid bidders
