Auction Terms:

Please read the terms carefully as they are a legal binding contract between you and Theurer Auction/Realty, LLC.

All disputes will be settled in Sumner County, Kansas.

We encourage you to inspect the items in person.
If purchases are not settled within three business days of the close of the auction, it is in default. Upon default the bidder will be black listed on Theurer Auction/Realty, LLC, auctions as well as MarkNet auctions and will be charged for the merchandise. Defaulted items will be forfeited back to the owner or Theurer Auction/Realty, LLC

No refunds will be given.

Please review these terms. Every time you use this site, you agree to the terms as they are written at that time.

Theurer Auction/Realty, LLC reserves the right to cancel any auction for any reason.

Payment for auction purchases by Cash; Certified Funds payable to Theurer Auction/Realty, LLC; Bank Wire; or credit cards up to $1,500 max. A 3.5% credit card fee will be charged on your transaction for credit card payment. Another form of payment must be used for payment over $1,500. All accounts must be paid for within four days of the auction ending (and before items are released) unless special terms are posted on a specific auction.

There will be a 15% buyer’s premium added to final bid price.


BIDDING INFO: When you bid your max, the current bid price doesn't automatically go to your max bid. Someone else has to bid to increase the current price, and the computer will automatically bid up to your max in the increments specified.

This auction has an auto-extend feature, meaning it will not close until all bidding parties are satisfied. Items will close 10 lots every two minutes. If any bids are placed within the last two minutes of the auction, the bid on the lot(s) will extend for two minutes. Bidding will continue in two-minute increments from the time the last bid is placed until there are no more bids, and the lot will sit idle for two minutes. 

Theurer Auction/Realty, LLC, has made every effort to accurately describe the items. Printed or verbal statements made by staff are matters of opinion and are made in good faith. However, all items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS. You are responsible for your inspection during inspection periods.

No allowance will be made for errors in cataloging, genuineness, defects, or imperfections not noted.

Theurer Auction/Realty, LLC, reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any reason.

By Kansas State Law, all auctions are considered with reserve unless they are titled absolute. This is an auction with reserve. The seller, owner, auctioneer, bank, lien holder, or any government agency having an interest in the items in this auction reserves the right to bid on behalf of the seller up to their reserve amount.

Bidder responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Bidders agree to keep their username and password confidential as they are responsible for ANY and ALL activity involving their account.

When using the website, you must obey any and all local, state, and federal laws. Violations will result in the termination of website use privileges. We gather aggregate information from this website, which may include but is not limited to: the number of page visitors,
most visited pages, any and all correspondence.

CREDIT CARD POLICY: Theurer Auction/Realty, LLC, requires that you use a valid credit card in order to set up a bidding account. By registering with your credit card, you, the Buyer, agree to the following credit card terms:

1. I, the buyer, hereby authorize the auction company (Theurer Auction/Realty, LLC) to charge my credit card that I have set up my bidder account with for the full amount of my bill if I do not settle my unpaid account within three business days of the auctions ending.

2. I, the buyer, understand the terms of the auction including pickup and payment dates and timelines, and agree that I have placed bids with the intent of abiding by the auctions set terms and conditions.

3. I, the buyer, have been given the opportunity to inspect the items in person and understand the auction company is selling the items in AS IS, WHERE IS, condition.

4. I, the buyer, hereby agree to authorize the auction company to charge my credit card for my purchases in the event that I do not show up to pick up my items in person and make other payment arrangements. I also agree that the auction company is not responsible for handling, moving, or storing the items I have purchased and that I risk the chance of those items being stolen or damaged if left behind.

5. I, the buyer, hereby agree to not challenge or deny payment to the auction company for purchases made with the credit card that I have placed on file with the auction company. I fully understand the terms and conditions of the auction and hereby agree to this Credit Card Policy, or I will not place bids on this auction website.

Conway Bank, Secured Creditor -- Assets of Global Aviation Technologies, Inc, Wichita, Kansas

Online Bidding Only ends on Monday, January 20th, starting at 11:00 AM Central Time.  (Soft Ending)

Payment:  Methods of payment include: Cash, Cashier's Check payable to Theurer Auction/Realty, Bank Wire (call for wiring instructions; buyer pays any wire fees), Credit Card under $1,500 (3.5% surcharge applies); Pre-approved Business/Personal Check. Payments will be accepted at the Auction Site or Theurer Auction/Realty, 1101 E 16th Street, Wellington, Kansas. ALL items must be paid for prior to pickup and within three calendar days of the auction's end - to be received no later than January 23, 2025, at 12:00 pm Central time.

Pick-up/Removal: Tuesday, January 21, and Wednesday, January 22, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. Please note the larger items (shelving, lots identified as "Heavy", or some of the machinery CANNOT be removed the first day.) Buyers needing a forklift need to contact Cammy (cmccomb@theurer.net) immediately upon conclusion of the Auction. The forklift will only be available on a limited date/time. Shelving CANNOT be removed until Thursday, January 23, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.

Inspection: Monday, January 13, 2025, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm OR Tuesday, January 14, 2025, from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. All items are located at 2544 S Leonine, Wichita, KS.
