Wherever there is a printed reference to any horse in the catalog, the information was furnished by the consignor. The Sale Management is neither responsible for any such footnotes or for any warranties concerning the horses cataloged. It shall be the responsibility of the consignor to correct any necessary footnotes by advising the Sale Management or the Auctioneer. The Galesburg Horse Market assumes no responsibility for any claims made by the consignors. 8. If any dispute arises between two or more bidders, the horse in dispute shall immediately be put up again for advance bids.
