Scheduling an Inspection To inspect items, email reuse@umn.edu to schedule an appointment during our open hours listed below. Payments We accept credit cards only. Cash and checks are not accepted. Auction winners will pay at the time of pickup. Removal Buyers must schedule a removal appointment through the K-BID dashboard. Removal and payment are due by Monday, January 22nd, 2024. Removal on a weekend is not possible for this location. Open Hours (Please note that holidays may impact these times): Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM Removal Logistics We have forklifts on-site, a commercial-height loading dock with a dock leveler, and a grade-level loading dock available to assist you. Please bring an appropriate vehicle and trailer if necessary for removal. For any questions regarding removal, please email reuse@umn.edu. Shipping Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs and must coordinate directly with shipping companies. Please notify us of any pickups or special requirements. The University of Minnesota ReUse Program diverts usable materials from the campus waste stream by collecting surplus items from over 250 buildings. These materials are evaluated at the ReUse Warehouse and either repurposed by university departments or made available for public purchase, helping to reduce waste and promote sustainability across the Twin Cities Campus.
