All in-state bidders shall pay 7% Indiana state tax unless a tax exempt form has been provided. All items are sold as is unless guaranteed by grading in catalog or in writing in advance. We ship to those that cannot make it here in person. We get commercial pricing from FedEx and USPS and pass those savings on to our customers. We do charge a packing materials and handling fee to cover our expenses but are not profiting from the process.

There are a number of MTH steam and diesel locomotives that have all been upgraded to Proto 2 or were purchased that way, these have all been ran and serviced and are in top operating condition. The same consignor is also giving us several Lionel locomotives that are the same way, C8 or better and ready to run with no need for service to include road names such as Union Pacific, Pennsylvania, New York Central, Erie, Nickel Plate Road, Wabash and others. We will have several hundred pieces of rolling stock ranging from early MPC up to very recent modern Lionel. Some highlights include Lionel 3985 Challenger, C&O M1 turbine, Lionel Mickey Mouse Express train set that has never been removed from the original boxes, other Disney and warner Brothers cars, Monopoly cars, pair of Lionel bar stools, Lionel pedal car locomotive, 16859 Grand Central Terminal, three Angela Trotta Thomas signed numbered and framed prints and much more!! NOTE THAT SINCE THIS IS A SIMULCAST AUCTION ON THREE DIFFERENT WEBSITES, THE THREE WEBSITES ARE NOT ATTACHED SO BIDS ARE LIKELY TO BE DIFFERENT ON ALL THREE RIGHT UP UNTIL THE POINT OF THE AUCTION WHERE EACH INDIVIDUAL LOT GOES LIVE AND BIDDING IS TAKEN FROM THE LIVE AUCTION FLOOR AND THE THREE WEBSITES.
