Frank Matthews was the kind of cowboy you don’t see much anymore — a man of his word, a steward of his livestock, his land, and his equipment. Raised in a time when a handshake was a bond, Frank lived every day with honesty, hard work, and quiet strength.

He took great pride in raising strong cattle and breeding some of the finest working ranch horses in this area. Frank was a man of few words, but when he spoke, his meaning was clear. Above all, he loved his family deeply and worked hard to leave a legacy they could be proud of.

It is our honor to fulfill his wishes by conducting his auction, and we are proud to help carry forward the traditions he valued so highly. 

As a special treat we will have one of Franks dearest friends Mr. Todd Tucker as  Guest Auctioneer.  Todd and his wife Jane were very dear friends to Frank, and it was one of Franks request to include Todd and Jane for this very special auction.  

Real Estate:  15 Acres with a 2240 Sq. Ft. Three Bedroom, 2 1/2 Bath, Brick Home and 40X60 horse barn, located at 650 Paw Paw Rd. directly West of the Cherokee Casino and Hotel.  This property has recently been zoned T-1 Transitional by the City of Roland.  The T-1 Zoning offers the freedom of either Commercial Development, Multi Family Units, of Single Family Dwelling.  This property will have public utilities - Gas, Electric, City Water and City Sewer.
