A $50 NSF fee will be charged to all returned checks. We may require a wire transfer on invoices over $500, if we do require the wire transfer, we will secure a deposit of 50% of the invoiced amount to the credit card on file unless contact is made within 24 hrs of the auction closing. This amount will be refunded when the transfer is completed. **All invoices must be paid at the time of pick-up NO EXCEPTIONS. All outstanding invoices will be charged to the card on file at the end of pick-up. **All items must be picked up on pick-up day unless other arrangements have been made. If you do not make arrangements for your items to be held, if an invoice is unpaid, you will be blocked from future auctions, and negative feedback will be left for other auctioneers. All items that have not been picked up within five (5) days (unless otherwise arranged) will be considered abandoned, and all rights to the item(s) will be forfeited **LOCAL CUSTOMERS: Payment may be made by cash, credit card (6% terminal fee for American Express), check, or money order. We package all items �in-house� and as economically as possible and to the best of our ability. Packages will be mailed to the �ship to� address on file with Hibid, unless noted at the time of registration. We are not responsible for packages once they leave our facility. If a package is lost, stolen or damaged during shipping, an insurance claim will be required. For invoices under $100, the buyer is responsible for the insurance claim. For packages over $100, we will file the insurance claim, damaged packages require pictures of packaging, the box and the label, showing the tracking number.
