By participating in this auction, you have agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any additional or modified terms or conditions announced by the auctioneer.
Please note a 13% Buyers Premium is in effect with a 3% Cash discount if paid on advertised scheduled pick up days for auction.
Payment: Visa, Mastercard & Discover as well as Cash(USD)
After the auction is over, you will receive an invoice via the registered email. A (13%) Buyer's Premium will be added to the final bid price. A 3% discount of the Buyers Premium is offered for cash payment only during scheduled pick up times. Buyer agrees that under no circumstances will he or she make a chargeback on their credit card account in relation to their purchases.
If your item is not picked up during scheduled pick up times your credit card will be automatically billed for the purchase price, 13% buyers premium and $10.00 late/hold fee per day for up to 7 days then property will be considered abandoned. A $15.00 service fee will be added to all cards which are declined.
ALL REMAINING INVOICES THAT HAVE NOT BEEN PAID AND PICKED UP, OR SCHEDULED TO BE PICK UP WILL HAVE CREDIT CARDS AUTOMATICALLY BILLED 1 HOUR PRIOR TO CLOSE ON THE LAST DAY OF ADVERTISED AUCTION PICK UP. PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL OF YOUR INFORMATION INCLUDING YOUR CREDIT CARD, ADDRESS, EMAIL AND PHONE NUMBERS ON FILE WITH US IS CORRECT. If you have an old/unusable/declined credit card you will be charged an additional $15 on your invoice for a declined card. ONCE AGAIN, NO EXCEPTIONS!
IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THROUGH TO PAY AND PICK UP YOUR ITEMS AFTER THE AUCTION IS OVER WE WILL CONSIDER YOUR ITEMS ABANDONED. YOU WILL STILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO PAY FOR THOSE ITEMS, IF YOU DO NOT CONTACT US AND ARRANGE PAYMENT WE WILL TURN OFF YOUR BIDDING PRIVILEGES.

Wild Alaska Auction Company LLC. will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the website feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction ends.
Reserve - The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The auctioneer reserves the right to bid on behalf of the seller or on his own behalf.
Disputes Between Bidders - If any dispute arises between two or more bidders, the auctioneer may render a decision or may immediately put the lot up for sale again and resell to the highest bidder. The decision of the auctioneer shall be final and absolute.
Compliance with Terms of Sale - In default of payment of purchase price in full within the time specified, Wild Alaska Auction Company LLC may retain all monies received as liquidated damages in addition to all other remedies allowed by law. No claims will be allowed. Goods not paid for or removed within the time specified may be resold at public or private sale without further notice and any deficiency, together with all expenses and charges of resale, will be charged to the defaulting purchaser.
Removal - We appreciate all of our bidders both local and out of the area but we are an auction company and not a storage facility. All items shall be removed immediately following payment during scheduled pick up days following auction. Removal shall be at the expense, liability and risk of the purchaser. Purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless both consignor Wild Alaska Auction against any damage caused by acts of the purchaser and/or his agents. Wild Alaska Auction is not responsible for goods not removed within the time specified, and shall have the option of removing and storing any goods not removed at the expense and risk of the purchaser.
Personal and Property Risk - Persons attending during preview, pick up of sale or removal of goods assume all risks of injury or loss to person and property and specifically release Wild Alaska Auction Company LLC from liability therefore. Neither Wild Alaska Auction Company LLC. nor its principals shall be liable by reason of any defect or condition on which the sale is held.
Shipping Instructions:Shipping cost is the sole responsibility of the buyer. All Freight items will be the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping will be handled by Wild Alaska Auction Co. LLC and our 3rd Party Shipping � Shipping Saint. Charges will include the cost of shipping and packaging supplies as well as a handling fee. Items will be combined to reduce shipping costs to the greatest extent possible while maintaining the safety of the items within the package. All purchases with a combined value over $100.00 will require insurance which will be paid by the buyer. All purchases will be shipped within 15 business days of payment. Your credit card will be charged once for your items and then you will receive an invoice and pay shipping saint directly for shipping, handling and associated costs. There is a handling and material cost associated with your shipping total.
Please be aware that while we try to keep cost to an absolute minimum for you we cannot ship your items for free. We are located in Alaska with zip code 99645. Large and bulky items can be very expensive to ship. We use supplies, bubble wrap, boxes, and packing materials. Our goal is to get your winning items to you in the same condition as they left the state.�We will not ship ammunition, gun powder or other hazardous items out of Alaska, so please do not bid on said items unless you plan on picking them up in the state of Alaska.
Wild Alaska Auction Co. LLC offers delivery service to Alaska Air Cargo, Lynden Transport with arrangements made by Buyer for a fee a min. fee of $100 that can increase if items need additional labor to deliver.
Online Bidding information
Max Bid & Increasing your own bid/Bidding Errors: Please be aware that many bidders routinely increase their own bid to price an item out of reach of other bidders. To increase your bid, complete the maximum bid field only. You should immediately review your bids once submitted. If you mistakenly increase your own bid, place your bidder number in the bid field, or make a typo you must immediately contact our office by email by using the contact sheet on our website (we must have your request in writing). We will not reverse bids after the auction has closed - no exceptions.
Staggered Closing: The online auction closes 3 items every minute. This feature will close the bidding on intervals. This feature works great with the auto-extend feature to closely emulate a 'live' auction.
Dynamic Closing. The closing time of an asset is automatically extended an additional minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last minutes of the asset's closing time.
Bid Notification: If you have been outbid you will be notified by email ONLY UNTIL the last day of the auction --- starting at midnight EST the night before the ending of the auction notices are not sent.
To quickly review your bids and see if you have won you can utilize the 'review bids' feature. Items that they have been outbid on will be clearly marked.
Choose Wisely: We want everyone to get a good deal and most will. However, when you bid on the wrong item or decide an item is not suited for your intended use, our clients are not willing to assume the cost of your mistakes. When in doubt about condition, completeness or suitability for intended use, please bid accordingly.
