All units/merchandise sold as/is; this is a CASH ONLY SALE!!!! A cash deposit required for each unit purchased; deposit returned once the storage facility sees that the unit is completely empty and broom swept, no merchandise can be left/disposed on the property. Units must be emptied within 48 hours of the end of the auction. Please register at the office for a bidder number by 8:45 am the day of the sale at the Gary St. location, no one will be allowed to bid without registering. No videotaping/voice recording is allowed on the storage facility property whatsoever!!!!!
