Payment is due by 3pm Sat Jan 4th, 2025 or balance will be automatically charged to your credit card you registered with regardless if you pickup or not. --Pickup location is 30265 415th Ave, Tyndall SD (Main Office building). Buyer is responsible to bring help to load heavy items. Bring the appropriate equipment AND HELP to load your items. Once again, for heavy items bring help to load. The auction company has no obligation to help you load. Plan accordingly. All items are to be removed by Sat Jan 4th at 3pm. Items remaining will become the property of the Auction Company. Due to space restrictions we are unable to hold your purchases for you. If you choose not to pickup your purchase your credit card will still be charged for the total of your purchase that you made. You will also be blocked from purchasing in the future. Auctioneers reserves the right to add or remove property from the auction. All property is sold as is, where is and there is no guarantee and no warranty, neither expressed nor implied. All sales are final. Due to time constraints we have not checked each item to see if it is functional. Auctioneer is not responsible for the acts or representations of the Seller. Buyer is reponsible for property at the time of purchase. The auction company is not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen items. Property is not to be removed until payment in full has been received. Sales tax will be charged according to the law.
