Items will be Brand New, Appears New, Open Box, Pre-Owned/Used, or Damaged. Due to the massive volume we sell, we try to visually inspect items for any obvious damage, but not all items are tested for functionality. Agent 86 Auction Offers a It Works or Your Money Back Guarantee on Anything we List that is Labeled (Factory Sealed or Appears New!) This Guarantee is For Functionality ONLY!! We DO NOT Guarantee for Color, Size, Completeness, Hardware (Nuts, Bolts, Washers), or presence of Owner's Manual. If you receive an item that is damaged, does not work, or is missing pieces and it was not listed as such in the description, you are eligible to apply for a refund. Refer to our Return Policy below for more details. Feel free to inspect on items on-site, and let us know if you have any issues. **Pickup Deadline:** All items must be picked within the posted pickup times - Items not collected by this time are considered forfeit and will be relisted - NO REFUND **Settlement and Pickup Information:** Invoices not settled by the end of the published loadout will be marked as a "No Show," negatively affecting your bidder account.
