Payment: Your card on file with Equip-Bid will be automatically charged at the close of the auction. You must contact us BY CALLING 402-560-3976 PRIOR to auction close for alternate payment arrangements or if you need to provide a Tax Exempt form. If you make alternate arrangements to pay in cash, please make sure to bring exact change. Pick up: Pick up items during hours listed, no appointment is necessary. Invoices will generate at the close of auction. If you are unable to pick up your item, you may send someone else, please make sure they have your bidder number, and invoice if possible. We have not checked for function / internal damage as items are sealed. Appears New: These items look to be in new condition, not used. We inspect for and note the following as possible: May or may not be in the original box (inspect) Should work as expected (inspect) Doesn’t appear to be pre-owned (inspect) Complete enough to function as needed (inspect) Box may be damaged but contents are functional (note) May have slight cosmetic defects (note) May be missing accessories, or hardware (note) Call within 24 hours of pick up time for Returns IF product is not functional. Open Box: Open Box represents several conditions, such as incomplete, pre-owned, new but not verified for condition, may or may not be tested; could be fully functioning, or we have not necessarily tested. Open Box items may not be returned, SOLD AS-IS. No Refunds. Damaged: These items have known damage. We will do our best to describe and take a picture of the damage. We don't necessarily test for functionality. These could be items never used or owned such as a luggage missing a wheel, but never put together or used. Could be scratch and dent, or could be totally broken, also may be incomplete or missing items. No Refunds.
