There are NO refunds, returns, or exchanges. All items are sold AS IS. All sales are final. With this said our team wants you as valued customer to be happy! We are here to work with you if you get a product that was not pictured correctly or damaged. We accept Visa, MasterCard on the bidding portal. IF PAYING IN PERSON PAYMENTS BY DEBIT, VISA//MASTERCARD, OR EXACT CASH AMOUNT! if you are paying in cash, you must bring EXACT CASH AMOUNT. We will not offer change. All items must be picked up during the allocated pick-up times or your items will be forfeited, relisted and Sold. There will be NO Refunds for the items that are relisted and Sold. Buyer accepts responsibility for ensuring pick up in a timely manner. Shipping is Available for this auction if you choose not to pickup. We charge shipping (Canada Post cost) plus a HANDLING FEE of $10 per package. We will try to ship most of your items in one package. Our Canada Post rates are lower than what you would pay in person as we have a negotiated business rate. All packages are charges using EXPEDITED POST so that the orders can be tracked.
