For example, if an item is won for $100, the buyer must pay $115 which includes the 15% buyer's premium. MOTOR VEHICLES: A $20 title preparation fee will be added to each vehicle purchased. PAYMENT: We accept cash, credit card and Paypal payments. AUCTION PICK UP: All items are to be picked up during a scheduled pick up time at 13003 Murphy Rd Suite D-2, Stafford, TX 77477 (832-350-2435). It is the responsibility of the buyer to be aware of pick up times. We will have at least one employee available to help load up items. If you have a large item, please bring additional help. Make sure you come prepared with the proper vehicle, straps, covers, etc. to properly transport items. If you are unsure what is needed to pick up your items, please contact us and we will be more than happy to advise you of what is needed. WE DO NOT PROVIDE WRAPPING, BOXES, STRAPS, ETC. FAILURE TO PICK UP: Please pay close attention to pick up times. We do not allow for late pick ups. We are unable to hold items. Any items left at our office after 15 days will be re-sold or donated without issuing a refund. Bidders that do not pick up and pay for their items by the deadline will be banned from future auctions. PAYMENT: Your card on file will be charged after the close of the auction. It also eliminates sniper bidding, where a bidder places a bid in the very last seconds of an auction to prevent others the opportunity to respond to the bid. STAGGER: There is a 30 second stagger between each lot. The first lot will begin ending at the designated time, the second lot 30 seconds later, and so on.
