TERMS
All items sell "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no guarantees or warranties express or implied from the Seller, or Rowell Auctions, Inc. All purchases are considered verified by the purchaser as to grade and authenticity. Carefully read the written description and review all photos prior to bidding. Inspection at Auctions Preview is recommended. Any discrepancies with any item must be brought to the seller's attention before the item is removed from premises.

PAYMENT
All payments will be made to Big Tex Trailer Manufacturing within 24 hours of the auction close. Acceptable payment methods include wire transfer, cash, and company/personal checks. CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS AND PAYPAL ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to the bid price to obtain the contract price, and 8% sales tax will be charged on the contract price unless tax-exempt.

SALES TAX REQUIREMENTS
Georgia residents purchasing for non-farm use will be required to pay 8% Sales Tax, along with a Doc Fee of $35.00.
Georgia residents purchasing for farm use must present a Georgia Agricultural Tax Exemption Card (GATE Card) at time of purchase.
Licensed Georgia Dealers are exempt from sales tax and fees with proof of license. Dealership name must appear on bidder profile.
Non-Georgia residents are required to pay a Doc Fee of $35.00.

DEFAULT
Any purchaser who has not settled their invoice within 24 hours of auction close will be considered in default and charged a $500 administrative fee on the credit card provided at registration. All administrative fees are non-refundable. Additional default remedies are reserved by the Seller & Rowell Auctions, Inc. Upon default, bidding privileges will be revoked for all future Rowell Auctions, Inc. auctions and other MarkNet auctions.

BIDDING INFORMATION
This is a timed online auction with an auto-extend feature. Any bid placed within 5 minutes of the auction ending will automatically extend the entire auction for 5 additional minutes. Bidding will continue for the entire auction until there is no bidding, on any lot, for a 5-minute period. Rowell Auctions, Inc. reserves the right to adjust the auto-extension time period.
If you place a bid in error, contact Rowell Auctions, Inc. at (229) 985-8388 immediately. Errors not immediately reported will be considered valid bids.

RETRIEVAL TIMES
It will be scheduled when payment is made to Big Tex Trailers.

Retrieval times will be by appointment only. The appointment will be scheduled with Big Tex Trailers at the time of payment.
Buyers must provide their labor, materials, and equipment for removal. The seller DOES NOT provide transportation or loading services. Buyer assumes all responsibility and liability for dismantling, loading, securing, transporting, and unloading purchased goods.

A Release Letter must be completed if items are removed by someone other than the registered buyer. No items will be removed without paid receipt and proper ID.

STORAGE
A storage fee of $30.00 per day, per item will be charged after the final removal date of Friday, January 3, 2024. If merchandise is not removed within 30 days from the final removal date, ownership reverts to the seller.

TRAILER TITLES
Titles will be executed by Big Tex Trailer Manufacturers directly and delivered to purchaser. Trailers not requiring titles will be transferred by bill of sale.
