DEFINITIONS - "Simulcast Auction" refers to an auction conducted simultaneously both live at a physical venue and online through our digital platform - "Bidder" refers to any person or entity registered to participate in the auction, whether in-person or online - "Lot" refers to any item or group of items offered for sale at the auction - "Auctioneer" refers to the licensed professional conducting the auction - "Platform" refers to the online bidding system used for the simulcast auction 2.
