SIMULCAST AUCTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. DEFINITIONS - "Simulcast Auction" refers to an auction conducted simultaneously both live at a physical venue and online through our digital platform - "Bidder" refers to any person or entity registered to participate in the auction, whether in-person or online - "Lot" refers to any item or group of items offered for sale at the auction - "Auctioneer" refers to the licensed professional conducting the auction - "Platform" refers to the online bidding system used for the simulcast auction 2. REGISTRATION 2.1. All bidders must: - Register before the auction start time - Provide valid government-issued identification - Submit a valid credit card or required deposit - Accept these terms and conditions - Receive a bidder number or online login credentials 2.2. Online bidders must: - Test their internet connection and device compatibility - Complete the online verification process - Ensure adequate internet speed (minimum 10 Mbps recommended) 3. BIDDING PROCESS 3.1. Priority and Timing - In-person and online bids are treated with equal priority - The auctioneer's determination of the winning bid is final - In case of simultaneous online bids, the earliest timestamp prevails - A 3-5 second delay may exist between live and online platforms 3.2. Technical Issues - The auction house is not responsible for: - Internet connectivity issues - Platform technical difficulties - Power failures - Device compatibility issues - No adjustments will be made for missed bids due to technical issues 4. PAYMENT AND SETTLEMENT 4.1. Buyer's Premium - 15% buyer's premium for in-person bidders - 15% buyer's premium for online bidders - All applicable taxes will be added to the final bid price 4.2. Payment Terms - Full payment required within 48 hours of auction end - Accepted payment methods: - Wire transfer - Credit card (subject to 3% processing fee) - Cashier's check - Cash (in-person only) 5. REMOVAL AND SHIPPING 5.1. Item Removal - All items must be removed within 7 business days - Storage fees of $50/day apply thereafter - Appointment required for item pickup 5.2. Shipping - Buyer responsible for all shipping costs - Third-party shipping available at buyer's expense - Insurance required for all shipped items 6. DISCLAIMERS AND WARRANTIES 6.1.
