Please read the item description thoroughly, exam all pictures and attend our item previews before placing a bid. By placing a bid, the bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that you have chosen not to personally examine item. Bidding enters you into a legal binding agreement. Nonpayment of an item is not an option. Hickory Hill Auctions reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion. If you have a resale tax certificate for the year 2024, please present this to Hickory Hill Auctions and we will not charge you tax. Once the auction closes, you will receive an invoice of your winning bids including buyers premium and sales tax, sent to the e-mail address you provided during registration. Cash, check, and credit cards are accepted as form of payment with valid picture ID when you pick up your items. All items will be picked up at 6175 NE Colin Kelly Highway, Madison, Florida on Monday November 25th and November 26th from 1:00pm until 6:00pm each day.
BRING HELP to move, pack, and load your purchases as man power to move your items may not be available. Two pick up days will be available after the auction and listed in the auction details. If you are unable to attend either of the two pick up days, please contact us and schedule a time. If you need shipping, get a price quote PRIOR to bidding!

Join Hickory Hill Auctions as we auction off the third part of the Janice �Pinkie� Brooker & Pink Nest estate in Madison, Florida. The estate is loaded with thousands of items acquired over multiple decades of collecting. All items are located for pickup and preview at 6175 NE Colin Kelly Highway, Madison, Florida. In person preview is Saturday November 23rd from 1:00pm until 3:00pm. The auction is currently running online accepting bids with the first item closing to bids Sunday November 24th at 5:00pm. Winning bidders pay for and pickup their items Monday November 25th and Tuesday November 26th from 1:00pm to 6:00pm each day. 9 Wenzel Cast Iron Dutch Oven Has layer of rust and needs to be cleaned 10 Short Half Moon Table with Removable Top Ornate base is a hard resin material while top may be marble. Inspect to your satisfaction before bidding 12 Lot of Three Heavy Disc Metal Artwork Lot A Three plows discs cut into artwork which can be hung on the wall 13 Lot of Three Heavy Disc Metal Artwork Lot B Three farm disc cut into artwork which can be hung on the wall 15 Short Three Drawer Dresser One handle broken. Some water damage on top of dresser. 16 Two Drawer Metal Filing Cabinet Drawers open but there are scratches and dents. Needs to be cleaned.
