By bidding on any lot offered for sale in this online public auction, any/all bidders agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Bidders are approved for online bidding, upon registration, based on the information provided by HiBid as well as a buyer's previous record. The auction company has the sole discretion to approve or deny any bidders. 2. All items are sold "As-Is". All information contained in descriptions is believed to be accurate; however, no information provided is guaranteed. Schmidt Auctions or employees of shall not be responsible for any inaccuracies. The bidder assumes all risks related to the grade, quality, appearance, condition, history, and origin of any lot. 3. Bidder's acknowledge there is a 15% Buyers Premium which will be added to all winning bids and will be payable by the winning bidder as part of the total cost. 4. All Sales are subject to the 6% PA Sales Tax, unless a valid Tax Exemption Form is on file with Schmidt Auctions, or the sale features items from a single estate (sold at the estate). Winning bidders in those cases will be emailed payment instructions. All items MUST be paid for within 48 hours of the sale closing. Any lots that are unpaid for, or paid for and not picked up, or shipping charges not paid for, will be considered abandoned property and ownership reverts back to the auctioneer. 6. All sales are final. Lots may not be returned / refunded for ANY reason. Schmidt Auctions assumes no responsibility for any items once sold. 7. In-House Shipping is available; you pay actual postage plus a $5 handling charge per box for reasonably sized orders. Orders with large quantities of lots or lots that are excessively large, heavy or bulky we reserve the right to use a third party shipping service to pack these orders such as UPS at the expense of the winning bidder.

We are pleased to be tasked with liquidating an entire single estate in Shunk, PA. As such we've broken up the estate into two sessions both to end on Sunday November 24th. This first session starts to end at 10am and features the Harley Davidson Trike, chunky lots of Tools & LOADED Tool Boxes, 3 Tractors - (New Holland, John Deere & Farmall), Guns, Ammunition, Long Bows, Arrows, Hunting Accessories, Knives, Some Automotive Related items, the Tractor Toys and other Accessories, as well as the rugs and furniture. The second session will start ending at 8pm and features the primitives, antiques, collectibles, glassware, linens, blankets, artworks and other household decorations. Shunk PA Pickups will be available the 25th from Noon to 8pm & the 26th from 10a to 5pm. Shippable items will be brought back to Pottstown, PA for local pickups on the 27th from 10a to 6pm.
