Hopefully we can help to save you some money getting some things you may need or just want. Good luck bidding! Pick-Up: Winning bidder has 3 designated pick days after the auction to remove items. Please be aware of this before you bid. Pickup times for Next Level Wholesale auctions will be on Mondays from 5:00 - 7:00PM, Wednesdays from 5:00PM - 7:00PM and Saturdays from 10:00AM - 12:00PM. By bidding in an Equip-Bid auction, you are legally bound to be charged for all won items and are agreeing to remove them from the auction location. In order to pick up your won items, simply pickup during the listed pickup times. No Appointment needed. If you are unable to pickup item(s) within the 3 designated pickup days and times after each auction ending, you must Text (preferred) 816-594-2400 or email nlwholesale24@gmail.com prior to the last day of required pick up and include your bidder ID#, so we can make reasonable arrangements for a timely rescheduled removal of your items. If you fail to pickup the items at the rescheduled time, the items are forfeited. There will be a $2.00 per day/ per item storage fee for every extra day added onto the listed pickup time. These storage fees will need to be paid at time of item pickup. If you fail to pick up your won items within the above timeframe, you forfeit your items and they will be placed back on auction to be resold on auction to the highest bidder after all schedule loadout times have passed. Regardless of any agreed upon storage of your items, all invoices must be paid by the end of regular scheduled removal. You are still liable for paying for your item(s) and will be charged at the default credit card on file, regardless of whether not you have picked up the items. Please come prepared to pickup your item(s). Have your bidder number or invoice, have a vehicle capable of transporting your item(s), have necessary help to move your item(s). We offer a 48-Hour Guarantee on all items listed as Appears New and Factory Sealed. If the item does not function or is missing parts, you can return for a full refund. Bid with confidence. You must email us at nlwholesale24@gmail.com within 48 hours after pick-up time to make your claim. Please include reasoning for requested refund. One of our associates will promptly respond back to you as soon as possible. Once the refund claim is approved, you have 5 business days to return the item. After 48 hours, you may not claim a refund. After 5 business days you have not returned the item, no refund is allowed. Please note our item condition explanations: We also offer and encourage each bidder to come to our location to inspect any auction item prior to making bids on any items.
