Boats sold AS-IS - CONDITION UNKNOWN. Boats are sold as they sit, abandoned vessels, and may have no keys, no sails, no motor, etc.

Individual boats may be removed from auction if moorage is paid in full prior to auction date.

Payment is due within 2 days of auction close.

Vessels will be on the north breakwater at the Port Orchard Marina.

NO moorage will be available after the auction.

Sales taxes will be paid when you transfer title.
