Past Vehicle Bidders you have been approved to bid on vehicles in the past, log in and click on the "Get approved to bid" button one time. Log in and do this early, once the auction begins to close, there is no guarantee we can get you in.

Preview appointments Available for Registered Vehicle Bidders
  Available by Appointment weekdays, April 9, 10, 11, 14, 15 from 10am - 3:30pm. 
Saturday, April 12 at 9:00am, no appointment necessary.
If you just wish to look and do not need to start any vehicle, you are welcome to stop in.
Call our office 360-876-0236 for an appointment between the hours of 9am - 3:30pm.

Invoices will be emailed once the entire auction is closed.

It is the high bidders responsibility to call us, even if you are putting the vehicle into another's name.
The high bidder is ultimately responsible for payment in full. 

Appointments available Thurs., April 17 and  Friday, April 18 from 10am - 3:30pm.

A few appointments are available Sat., April 19 from 9am-10:45 am.

We will confirm name(s) for documents, driver’s license, both physical and mailing address. 

$50 a non-refundable deposit per vehicle will be required and credited with vehicle payment.

Soft Auction Close, Bidding will extend for two minutes if another bidder bids within the last two minutes of the current closing. We recommend not waiting for the last seconds to bid, internet connections go down, computers have issues, lags and more.

This is an Absolute Auction and High bidders are obligated to pay for each vehicle they win, including all fees associated with the vehicle. Please read the FULL terms and understand what you agree to. This is an absolute auction. If you plan to bid on, and buy more than one vehicle, contact us before bidding on multiples. 
Please inspect vehicles during preview prior to bidding. All vehicles and equipment are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS with all its faults and without warranty, expressed or implied.

Title Brands are determined by the state issuing the title. Typical brands found on titles are: "rebuilt," "salvage history," "flood," "not actual miles," etc.
Older Vehicles: Vin numbers on vehicles older than 7/1/1980 may be less than 17 digits
Older vehicles, late 1980-early 1990's may only have a 5-digit odometer.
Miles listed are what the odometer reads and may not be true unless we state "actual". 
Miles: any vehicle 10 years and older will come back with "Exempt" on title. 

*Out-of-State Bidders with a Valid Out of State Driver's License.
If the plan is to transport a vehicle out of state, you will need to call and verify that we have the actual title and not a Washington State release of interest (ROI). Otherwise, the vehicle must be processed in Washington with taxes and title transfer fees paid. Washington State requires, before passing title, we will need a copy of your driver's license and one other state ID or utility bill with matching address. The vehicle will need to be trailered out or you will need to purchase a 3-day move permit, this cost $33.
