*A $5 handling fee per shipping box is added for shipping of items.
*A $5 handling fee for bringing back items to the office per lot will be added for those customers with a 3 day pick up window.
IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWNG THE END OF THE AUCTION, CREDIT CARDS ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED AND RECEIPTS WILL EMAILED. IF YOUR CREDIT CARD IS DECLINED AN ADDITIONAL 3 % CHARGE WILL BE ASSESED TO PROCESS A CREDIT CARD A SECOND TIME.
Please ask all questions prior to the close of the auction. Look carefully at the photos and/or attend the preview as stated in the listing. All sales are final!
Payment:
Invoicing is done through Currency Pay at the close of the auction. Your card on file will be charged directly following the close of the auction. Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover are valid forms of payment. We also accept e checks, please contact Scott at 765-348-6538 to make those arrangements. DO NOT ASSUME you can just pay cash without making prior arrangements. This is grounds for permanent banishment! Payment is due 24 hours following the close auction.
Bring Backs:
In the event of an emergency, you are unable to attend the pickup, the auction company can provide transport for (small, manageable) items to be taken to our office in Farmland for a pick up within 72 hours. There will be a $5.00/ item fee added to your bill. Please note that this is in a per person basis and arrangements MUST be made in advance. Please call Scott at 765-348-6538 to make those arrangements.
Shipping:
After your initial payment for your purchase, your card on file will be charged for the cost of shipping plus a $5 per packaged box. We try and ship your items via USPS. Some items due to size or weight will need to be shipped via USPS. We have had too many issues with FedEx (lost packages, broken packages, etc) so we prefer not to use them.
Terms & Conditions:
The Sale of Items- Wagner Auctioneering and Real Estate has the right to terminate the auction at any reasonable time; withdrawal from sale any item; to sell at this auction items not listed; to group one of more lots into one or more selling lots or to subdivide into two lots or more selling lots. Wagner Auctioneering and Real Estate also reserves the right to sell all of the items listed in bulk.
No Liability- Wagner Auctioneering and Real Estate assumes no liability for your purchases (if you buy a lawnmower, bulldozer, or other such item, and you don't know how to use it and get injured, we are not liable). The buyer assumes and does agree to indemnify and hold the Auction Company and seller harmless from any future claim that shall pertain to the fitness or use of that asset being purchased.
Documents- All documents must be completed in full by buyers and sellers. For example: Death Certificates, Letters of Authority, Creditor Liens, and UCC's when purchasing vehicles, firearms, etc.
Loading Equipment- Wagner Auctioneering and Real Estate does not lend, lease, or borrow any equipment, nor deliver sold goods.
Consignors- All consignors must fill out a contract with Wagner Auctioneering and Real Estate, sign forms and abide by our terms listed.
Bidders- All bidders must register for bidder's numbers with proper ID. Payment- Purchases must be paid in full within 24 hours of conclusion of the auction. Payment may be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover with no extra fees. Wire transfers will incur an extra fee. Buyer specifically waves the right to dispute or deny payment for any purchases made with credit card.
Removal- No goods will be removed until paid in full. Purchaser is responsible for removal of all purchased items. No abandonment of purchased items is allowed. Purchaser will be responsible to pay the full cost of removal or disposal of abandoned items. Wagner Auctioneering and Real Estate shall not, in any event, be liable for non-removal or abandonment or for any other matter to any purchaser of any lot.
Paid Receipt- Removal of purchased items shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser. Purchases can be removed upon presentation of paid receipt to Auction staff. Purchased goods must be removed within the parameters listed in the auction description or sold for storage in our upcoming sale.
NSF Funds- A fee for Non-sufficient Funds (NSF) checks per occurrence will be charged. NO CREDIT ALLOWED
Reserve Prices- We are governed by the Indiana Statutes and all items sell with a reserve unless advertised. Wagner Auctioneering and Real Estate has the right to publish or disclose any minimum due to confidentiality. Vehicles sell with owner's confirmation.
Bidding- No consignor, seller, or agent for seller has that right to bid on their consigned goods.
Employee Bidding- Any employee of Wagner Auctioneering and Real Estate may bid at any auction if they so wish to purchase an item.
Compliance with The Terms of Sale- In default of payment of bills in full within the time announced for this auction the Auction Company in addition to all other remedies allowed by law, may retain all monies received as deposit or otherwise, as liquidated damages.
Indiana Laws- Wagner Auctioneering and Real Estate is in complete accordance with Indiana statutes and Indiana Administrative codes, Title 25, Title 812, Department of Revenue Tax Bulletin #20, and Reference IC 6-2-4. Sold Items- All items become the sole responsibility of the purchaser when auctioneer confirms your number as successful bidder. Although the auction company will exhibit reasonable care to safeguard purchases until removed by purchaser, no refunds or adjustments will be allowed for any shortages. We are NOT responsible for stolen or lost goods.
Keeping Order- Auctioneers have the right to refuse service or eject any person obstructing the auction process. Appraisals are NO guarantee of auction prices; nor can we establish a value for sentimental reasons. The Auction Company, when acting as Agent, is not responsible for the act of its principals.
NO Warranties- Everything is sold "AS IS/WHERE IS" with no warranties, representation or guarantees expressed, implied or otherwise given. All sales are final.
Sales Tax- Sales tax will be charged and collected on all purchases, as required by appropriate state/local laws. Sales tax exemption number, where applicable, must be presented at the time of bidder registration. To qualify for any available exemption, buyer must sign any required form.
Dispute between Bidders- If there is any dispute between two or more bidders, the auction company or its' auctioneer, may decide the successful bidder. The decision of the auction company, or its' auctioneer, shall be final and absolute.
Condition of Items Sold- All information is believed to be accurate, but the auction company shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness of or defect in any lot, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance will be made or sale set aside on account of any incorrectness, error in cataloging or any imperfection not noted. No deduction will be allowed on damaged articles as all goods being exposed for public exhibition are sold "as is" and without recourse.
Nominal bids- Any bid that is merely a nominal bid may be rejected by the Auction Company or the Auction Company may reject fractional advances, if in their judgment it may adversely affect the sale.
Absentee (proxy) Bids - Absentee bids may be presented to the auction company in writing and must be accompanied by credit/debit card number, which will be verified for you maximum bid amount and applicable Buyer's Premium prior to the sale. Buyer may deliver to auction company maximum bid in certified funds to be refunded in full, if Buyer does not gain the successful bid. Said bids are subject to all terms and conditions of sale as listed herein or announced at the auction sale. All absentee bids will be held in confidence.
Auction Company may have a principal interest in this sale. Seller may NOT bid on his/her own items at auction as per state laws.
Personal and Property Risk- Persons attending during exhibition, sale or removal of goods assume all risks of damage or loss to person and property and specifically release and indemnify the Auction Company from liability therefore. Neither the Auction Company nor his principal or seller shall be liable by reason of any defect in or condition of the premises in which the sale is held.
Records- The record of sale kept by the Auction Company, the audio tape of the auction and the bookkeeper records will be taken as final in the event of any dispute.

Due to the passing of Mr. Bowers we have been tasked with lquidating the personal assests at public auction. This is an online only auction of the collection of personal assests that Mr Bowers had accumlated over his 92 years of life. 1 2012 Chevrolet Traverse 2012 Chevrolet Traverse, good condition, does have some scraps and blemishes, everything works as it should. Leather interior, LTZ trim package. Good tires, tinted windows, moonroof, power everything, Some damage to drivers side back seat, the lea... 2 2010 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 2010 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 truck, 2WD, extended cab, LT trim package, vinyl seats, manual seats, electric windows and door locks, AC, AM/FM radio, V8 engine, hard bed cover, good condition, no rust, does have some scraps and blemishes, steel rims,... 3 1996 Chrysler Town & Country 1996 Chrysler Town and Country van, does have front end damage, has set for some time, good tires, alloy rims, does smell slightly of mouse urine, leather interior, battery is dead and unsure of true miles. Comes with cotton balls, brand deodorant, O2 testers, blood pressure cuffs, shampoos, lotions etc. All are new and unopened. 8 Bathroom Pieces Several bathroom type pieces, comes with night lights, soap dispensers, toothbrush holders and other bathroom decor or holder pieces. 9 Towels Set of bathroom towels, both bath and hand towels, some fading on these but very nice condition. 10 Laundry Basket Green colored plastic laundry basket, good condition. 11 Trash Cans Several small bathroom type trash cans, all appear to be good. Majority are plastic with some metal. 12 Shoe Risers Set of wooden shoe risers or storage pieces, both look to be good, measures in photos. 13 Children's Roll Top Desk Wooden children's roll top desk, in good condition, comes with a few markers and crayons, in good condition. Have not been tested but appear to be good. 15 Lidded Basket Lidded basket, wooden lid, does look to be good, can be used for storage or waste. Unsure of what series baskets these are. 28 Bedding General bedding, blankets, comforters, pillow cases and a few other pieces, all look to be good and clean. 29 Hand Sewn Quilt Hand sewn quilt, good condition, does have some wear but still good. 30 Cane Backed & Padded Chair Mid Century Modern design padded cane backed chair, good condition, some of the canning does have some wear but still a good straight backed chair. 31 Books Several books, some coin collector books, several health books included in grouping. 32 Heating Pad & Hair Dryer TheraCare heating pad, comes with Revlon brand hair dryer, both look to be good have not been tested. 33 Dolls & Stuffies Several stuffed animals and dolls, one is vintage doll and head has feel off. 34 32" Vizio TV 32" flat screen Vizio TV, looks to be in good condition, was not tested, comes with remote and has several hook ups at rear of items. 35 Luggage Several pieces of luggage, one small matching set, comes with a couple garment bags as well. All look to be good. 36 Dyson DC65 Vacuum Dyson upright DC65 vacuum, has not been tested, but looks to be good. Clean and in good condition. 37 Whirlpool Bladeless Fan Upright Whirlpool brand bladeless fan, several settings, has not been tested but assumed to work. 110v 38 Decor Scales Set of silver appearing, possibly pewter scales, somewhat work but not meant for true measuring. Nice piece with no markings. 39 White Sewing Machine & Cabinet White sewing machine and cabinet, comes with foot pedal. Has not been tested, but does appear to be in working order. 40 Sewing Box & Contents Small plastic sewing box with some sewing supplies, comes with some fabric but does have some mildew on the fabric. 41 Wooden Child's Straight Chair Wooden child's straight chair, good chair does have some wear in the finish. 42 Table Lamps Set of antiqued brass appearing lamps, comes with shades, have not been tested. Both appear to be good. 43 Candles & Candle Holders Set of unused candles, comes with stained glass candle holder, good condition. 44 Angels Several angel figurines, some are lighted and others have music box. This is a matching set from lot 47-50. 48 Dresser w/ Mirror Very nice wooden dresser with mirror, Mid Century Modern design. Very good condition, made by Link Taylor, mates to lot 47-50. Measurements are in photos. 49 Wooden Night Stand Mid Century Modern designed nightstand, dovetail construction, very good condition, solid wood made by Link Taylor. This is mate to lots 47-50. 50 Full Bed & Frame Full sized bed and frame, comes with all wooden headboard, in good condition. Comes with metal frame as well. Sheet, pillow and cases are included and able to take clean mattress -and boxsprings. This does match lots 47-49 51 Vizio Flat Screen TV Small Vizio flat scree TV, good condition, was located in sitting room.. Does come with remote, several HDMI and AV type hookup as well. 32" screen 52 DVD Player Small DVD player by Magnavox, does appear to be good, was not tested, comes with AV connector hookups. 53 Extension Cords & Power Strips Several shorter household type extension cords as well Carbon Monoxide detector and power strips. Some cords not pictured, but all appear to be good and light duty cords. 54 Sauder Entertainment Center Pressed wood by Sauder entertainment center, glass door and storage both to the side and below opening. Good condition and measurements in photos. 55 Child's Wicker Rocker Small wicker child's rocking chair, appears to be good, older piece does have padded seat. 56 Games & Puzzle Books Several electronic games, comes with solitaire, football and others. Also comes with dominios, dice and some playing cards. None of these were tested. Rounds out with sudoku and word finds. 57 Wooden Pig Decor Larger wooden wall hanging pig as well as matching napkin holder. Both appear to be good. 58 Railroad Spike & Train Railroad spike with miniature train mounted to it. This is marked CSX. 59 Glass Birds Set of glass decor birds, two are white dove looking pieces as well as clear glass swan, none of these are marked. 60 Animal Figurines Small amount of animal figurines, comes with bunnies and pigs. All are a resin type material, all look to be good, no markings on these. 61 Ceramic Lidded Jar Floral designed ceramic jar with lid, is good and no markings. Comes with three votive type candles. 62 Lidded Containers Tow heart shaped lidded containers. Both have a floral design, good condition, these are marked made in China. 63 Battery Wall Clock Round wooden framed battery wall clock, does work and in good condition. 64 Vintage Bibles Three older bibles, one does have a lot of age to it, others are more modern, one is a Masonic bible from Farmland Lodge. 65 1970 Pioneer Yearbook 1970 Pioneer Yearbook from John Brown University. 66 Cloth Covered Rocking Recliner Older chair, still in pretty good condition, rocking reclining chair, some wear but still works as it should. 67 End Table w/ Magazine Rack Smaller pressed wood end table with storage and magazine rack. Some wear but still a good piece. 75 Bevelled Edged Mirror Very nice beveled edged mirror, measurements in photos, good condition with no cracks or breaks. 76 Miniature Oil Lamps Set of three oil lamps, all look to be good and two are marked. All three have chimneys. 77 Miniature Oil Lamps Set of two miniature oil lamps and third is Avon bottle, all appear to be good and one is marked. 78 Westie Figurines & Decor Several various sized westie figurines, plate and candle topper. 79 Pocket Knives Set of three pocket knives, multitool knife, small metal pocket knife and then money clip pocket knife combo, all look to be good. 80 Religious Pieces Several religious type wall hangings and decor items, all appear to be good. Several scripture type pieces. 81 Seth Thomas Mantle Clock Very nice Seth Thomas clock, very good condition, does come with key, this was not wound, does have chime silencer on it as well. This was given to Mr Bowers by Delco for 25 years of service. 82 Framed Prints Set of framed prints of dancing little girls. Both appear good and are signed. 83 Christmas Decor Small amount of Christmas decor, comes with trays, turkey and polar bear candy dish. All appear to be in good condition. 84 Walkers Two folding walkers, both are good and look to be in good condition. 85 Show Shine Kit Small shoe shine kit, hinges are broke on lid but still good, comes with some shining supplies. 86 Lamp & Oil Lamp Small electrical light, this does not have a lamp shade, these does appear to have plastic base. Other is a metal vintage type oil lamp, this is Kaadan brand. 87 Glass Topped Side Table Smaller glass topped and brass appear side table, great little decor type table. This appears to have been hand painted. 100 Silk Flower Arrangements Set of silk flower arrangements, all appear to be good. Comes with vase, centerpiece and another brass appear brass bucket arrangement. 101 Vintage Framed Prints Set of oval ornate vintage framed prints, looks to be good. 102 Mid Century Modern Chest of Drawers Bassett brand Mid Century Modern chest of drawers, good condition, clean, this is a mate to lots 103-107, good clean set. Measurements in photos. 103 Dresser w/ Mirror Mid Century Modern wooden dresser, very good condition, this is a mate to lots 102-107, is not marked Bassett but matches other pieces. Measurements in photos. 104 Mid Century Modern Nightstand Mid Century Modern wooden nightstand, very good condition, does match lots 102-107, this is not marked Bassett but looks to be the same. Is an exact mate to lot 104. 106 Wooden Bed & Frame Wooden headboard and footboard, comes with wooden frame, twin size, this comes with no covers. In ok shape, does have some wear, comes with desk chair and pad. Good condition and works as it should. Measurements in photos. 120 Paper Shredder Small household type paper shredder, does appear to work, 110v. 121 Stationary Several pieces of stationary, cards and envelopes. 122 HP Printer/Copier & Stand HP printer/copier, does look to work, this is an inkjet printer.
