Documentation required for tax exempt status. Otherwise, credit card payment will be processed after bidding concludes for a total including hammer price, buyer's premium and tax. BUYER'S PREMIUM: All Bidders will be charged a 15% buyer's premium. Buyers must pay appropriate state and local sales taxes in addition to the buyer's premium and the sale price of the item(s) TERMS OF THE SALE: All sales of items are sold AS IS and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Payment is due at pickup for cash paying customers within 48hrs of the auction closing. Credit card payments must be received and cleared before any item is picked up. Unpaid invoices will be charged to the credit card provided at 5pm the Saturday following the close of the auction, and a reminder email will be sent to those buyers to schedule a pickup. LOCAL PICK-UP: All items can be picked up at 5910 Waxhaw Hwy Suite B, Mineral Springs NC 28108. Winning bidders will receive a sign-up email to schedule a time to pick up their items. Alternatively, winning bidders may pick up their items at any time during the open pick-up hours. If unable to pick up during those times, winning bidders must contact Maplehurst Auctions before the end of the auction, and we will work out a plan. Items left after the last day of pickups become the property of Maplehurst Auctions. These items may be sold again at a later date. No refunds will be given on these items. NON-PAYMENT/ABANDONED POLICY All unpaid or unclaimed items will be considered abandoned and will become the property of Maplehurst Auctions.
